The overall focus of Don's over 25 years of direct selling experience has been the recruitment and training of sales forces. During his 10 years at Avon Products he held the positions of Division Sales Manager, National Recruiting Manager and Sales Training Manager. His involvement with two direct selling start-up companies gave him extensive experience in recruiting and developing their initial core group of consultants. It is this core group that starts the geometric organic growth of a sales force. As Vice President of Sales for two major direct selling companies Don had responsibility for growing the sales force and improving their productivity.
